I don't often think of dialogue as a first resort technique, but when I've taken time to do it, it can be surprisingly effective and enlightening. Painful body parts can also be interesting conversation partners...

I have a lot to learn about patience, but I understand that my impatience stems from boiling over about things beyond my control!
Well I identify with that, plus also for me a feeling/fear of being powerless.
